What kind of hair do you sell?

We offer 100% human hair extensions that are ethically sourced and unprocessed. Our bundles are full from root to tip, with all cuticles aligned to reduce tangling and increase longevity.


What’s the difference between your “Elite” and “Essential” collections?

Our Elite Collection is our premium line — made with top-tier raw or virgin hair that offers superior longevity, luster, and versatility.
The
Essential Collection provides high-quality hair at an accessible price point, perfect for quick installs or first-time wearers.


How long does the hair last?

With proper care, our Elite Collection can last 1-2 years or more.
The Essential Collection can last
6–12 months, depending on how often you wear and style it.


How many bundles do I need?

For a full install, we recommend:

  • 10”–14”: 2-3 bundles
  • 16”–22”: 3 bundles
  • 24” and up: 3-4 bundles
    Add a closure or frontal for a complete look.


Do you offer HD lace?

Yes! We offer HD Lace Closures (5x5, 2x6) and HD Lace Frontals.
Our HD lace melts beautifully into the skin for a natural, scalp-like appearance.


Can I dye or bleach the hair?

Yes — our extensions can be dyed or bleached. We recommend having a licensed professional perform any chemical services to preserve hair health.


How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 3-5 business days
Shipping time (U.S.):
5-7 business days
You will receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped.


Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
If you receive a defective item or the wrong order, please contact us within
12 hours of delivery so we can make it right.


Do you offer local pickup or installs?

Currently, we only offer shipping. However, we are expanding soon! Stay tuned by subscribing to our email list or following us on Instagram.
